Greenway of the Aigueblanche Valleys

Starting from the campsite, discover Moûtiers, discover Aigueblanche… Dive into the adventure by bike on the new Tarentaise bike path, which connects Moûtiers to Aigueblanche.

Bike Path

Suitable for all types of bikes – whether you’re on a road bike, a mountain bike, or an electric bike – this greenway offers an enchanting and safe ride along the peaceful waters. It’s the ideal spot for cyclists of all levels looking to escape into a soothing natural setting.

But that’s not all, this route is also a haven of peace for pedestrians, who can savor the serenity of the place and the specially arranged spaces along the route. Come and discover this oasis of tranquility and beauty in the heart of the Alps.

Randonnées pédestres

With the Vanoise National Park just down the road, a host of nature activities are within easy reach : family walks, waymarked walks, themed walks, mushrooming …. to mention but a few.

Hundreds of indexed routes to suit walkers of different levels and abilities, radiate from the resort in all directions across the stunning landscape of the Tarentaise Alps : through meadows and forests, pastures and glaciers, with summits culminating at 4,000 m in the heart of this nature reserve.

Via ferrata

You don’t have to be a rock-climber to experience the thrill of scaling a cliff face! A Via Ferrata – literally “Iron way” – consists of iron rungs and cables, which enable you to climb in complete security. This sport requires concentration and you need to be physically fit. Those who suffer from vertigo, abstain!

Treetop adventure park

The adventure park has trails suitable for all levels of ability and fully-qualified mountaineering guides are on hand to supervise and give advice. The different elements include : hanging bridges, rope ladders, zip lines ….

Canyoning, rafting and white water sports

Popular activities open to everyone:  jumps, slides, abseiling, canyoning and river-running. Climbing : tuition and climbing walls

Discover the merits of climbing : more than just a sport, it provides excellent whole mind and body training. Lessons in one of the local Climbing Schools in Aigueblanche, Doucy, Naves or Notre Dame du Pré.

Cyclotourism

For cycling enthusiasts or just for fun, the Isère cycle track runs alongside the river for 13 km from Aime to Séez. Ride it, rollerblade it or walk it with your family and stop off at Les Iles lake and recreation area for a picnic. For a sportier ride, come back via the Versant du Soleil (south-facing mountain road).

For serious cycling over major alpines passes, choose between : The Iseran Pass (2, 764m; 9,068 ft), The Petit St Bernard Pass ( 2,188m; 7,178 ft), the Madeline Pass (1,993m ; 6,538 ft) or the Cormet de Roseland (1,968: 6,456 ft).
